What you need to include is your logo (black/white images work best AI, PNG files preferred), names (if you are doing individual names), and the product you want (specify color and product). We do not charge artwork set up fees on orders of at least 1 case (24 tumblers or 12 water bottles). We do not offer local pick up. Shipping of products is 4-7 days from artwork approval. With our custom orders we require payment to be made prior to us beginning our work. We don't engrave products that clients own. The liability and differences in material makeup are the reason why. Typical lead times for orders from on our website take 2-3 days to ship. For larger custom orders our typical lead time is 5-7 days from when artwork is approved. **When you order by the case (24) we do not charge for artwork fees**
